Sydney

Sydney is a personal assistant that runs on one person's home computer. It has one user, the person who built it. It is not a public service, and nobody else can sign up for it.

With the owner's permission, Sydney reads the owner's Gmail and manages the owner's Google Calendar, so it can answer questions like "what's on my calendar today?" or "did that email come in?" and keep the schedule up to date.
